Lino fitted in awkward shaped kitchen / under stairs / porch area. The fitters were lovely guys and did an excellent job. Arrived on time, worked quickly and it looks great! Very pleased, great value for money and friendly person in the shop when we phoned and went in to choose the pattern.
5* Fairly priced, reliable and good turn around times. Used them personally but I also work at one of the local letting agents and we have used them multiple times.
Was not sure what to expect as the showroom looked a little run down, but the staff were very helpful and we chose some end of rolls as only for spare rooms. Got them fiited today, turned up ontime as expected and they look amazing ! really happy and good value for money. Fitter was a helpfull nice bloke too ! 10/10

When here to check for off cuts. Great selection and prices were amazing would highly recommend a visit here for all carpet needs. The member of staff on hand when we visited was very helpful and helped to fold the carpet for us so we could transport it on the car roof. Also chucked in and extra can of spray clue for us. Again highly recommend a visit here great prices and great service
Customer services non existent. Carpet not fitted properly in one room and now fraying. Sadly company not interested. Three times I've been fobbed off with the promise of a call back and follow up email ignored. So only use if you are happy with no come back...

Great service and prices-carpets fitted quickly and professionally. Also bought a mattress which arrived quickly and is super comfortable. Five stars all round.
DO NOT buy anything from this place, recently I bought a £400 bed & they told me “someone will ring with a delivery not sure when but they will” when you give someone £400 you do not expect to be mislead. Further more after 2 weeks of waiting we finally got a call, “your bed is being delivered” and the time arrangement ect When the bed came it was not the correct bed, we told the delivery men & they just left us with the bed! So we rung “United Carpets” after speaking to them the delivery people came to pick up the bed and take it back and we were told “we don’t know how long it will be till the one you ordered is in stock again” At this point we were like hmm.. okay sure we can wait giving them the benefit of the doubt Second delivery and the bed was exactly the same as the first 1 WRONG we were being forced to accept a bed worth £129 as we looked for it online So we refused yet again the wrong delivery, After waiting 4 months we requested a refund as we are at our end with this company, we have been treated like dogs & kicker to the curb. After requesting a refund we were told “your bed has already been delivered” this discussion turned heated very quickly as I have NO BED! After 4 months they told me I couldn’t have a refund until this was investigated. 2 weeks later , we had a phone call “hi when is it convenient to deliver your bed” Agreed 1 week I am writing this 1 day after my bed has been delivered. Yesterday we received the wrong bed after 4 months and already having 2 wrong deliveries.. we have been left with a damaged bed base, a missing screw & the WRONG BED we have been given a cheap knock off bed, it certainly isn’t the one we ordered & it IS BROKEN! I rang United carters again today.. there words were “we can’t help you we are carpets not beds” We have had to get a solicitor to help us a build a case against this company because they basically took our money and gave us nothing to sleep on for 4 months.. we slept on the floor and this is “Customer Abuse” we had no access to our money we had paid & no BED I WARN YOU.. Do not trust this company.
