Rented a cheap plastic costume, worth £20 max, and unfortunately damaged it. Assumed my £40 deposit would more than cover it (also paid a further £30 rental fee). On top of this deposit they are now demanding well over £100 and I've received a number of aggressive letters demanding more money. Finally just had someone turning up at my door! Avoid at all costs!
