Absolutely brilliant, I cannot recommend them highly enough.... very friendly. I have a white car and had found splashes of oil or something equally sticky on the side. They managed to clean it off for me with no problems. Definitely 5 star service.
These lads do a great job in cleaning our car. What takes me half a day they can do in 10 minutes. Yes it's not a totally brilliant clean, but for the price, it's totally adequate we don't get the full valet, which probably does give a brilliant clean. Do feel for these guys, working in his weather - must take hours for them to warm their hands up once they finish for the day!
The team really helped me out when i left my boot open overnight in the rain! Kept it in all day and had it looking and smelling like it did when it came out the factory!
I wish this sort of premium car wash was available in London. Nice spacious premises, attention to detail, snow foam and a good quality dry. Next time lads I'd like to see wash mitts and 2 buckets though instead of sponges please ; And all this for 9 quid. Awesome
If you're looking for employment I can't really see that happening as this is a review page, but regardless, this needs to be said I wholeheartedly recommend looking elsewhere. You will be underpaid regularly, and it will be blamed on "miscalculation". Which after the first few times starts to seem intentional and just out right cheeky. You will be spoken to like you're a lesser person. The tasks set out for you and the way you a trained at a certain area within the workplace will be straight forward and easy to follow, there isn't really any reason to mess up most tasks. Until however, you're doing something the exact way you have been trained and a superior comes over to redemonstrate what he/she thinks you're doing wrong, only to show you how to do it the way you were doing it in the first place. Not only does this look bad on whomever is showing you how to do it "properly" but it is extremley frustrating and an absolute waste of time for both people. I do only have experience with the people at the Heswall garage, this is not aimed at the business for other areas as I have never worked or been to them! Considering you're getting payed minimum wage, less than if you include your wages being "miscalculated" almost every other week and for days when you're working in the winter or the cold, expect to close early most days, therefore losing out on more money. Just save yourself the time and look for something else. There is nothing wrong with working for a car wash, if that's what you want, great! But there is something wrong working for this car wash.
Was recommended here by a friend. Went for the wash and vac which was advertised as full outer wash, vac inside but not including the boot, dust dashboard and dry door sills. No other customers were there on my arrival but the staff were working on other cars. They only took 15 minutes to complete my car which I was happy with and I could pay by card which is convenient. However once I'd pulled away I noticed the dashboard and centre console hadn't been cleaned, nor had the inside of the windows. The air freshener had been opened and was a little overwhelming, but that's just personal preference. Overall I was disappointed that the job hadn't been completed, although the outside of the car looked great. I usually go to a place in Birkenhead that only charge £10 for the same service but also include vacuuming the boot, cleaning all plastic interior and inside windows. Because of this I dont feel that All American are offering as good value so I'm unlikely to go back to this car wash again.
