Lovely friendly little gym offering a variety of classes and circuit workouts to suit all ages and fitness levels. Andy the owner is always available to provide coaching and encouragement and new members are welcomed and quickly become part of the AAMF community. I have been coming here for 5+ years and have seen my fitness levels steadily improve and with the added bonus of making some lovely new friends.
Been working with Andy for well over a year now, he’s help improve my fitness with my golf in the 1st year and I’ve been with Andy for 2 years he is now Helping me embarking on Triathlons and x2 1/2 marathons which he is helping to get me to the finish line great Physio treatments at the gym too
I never thought I’d enjoy going to the gym but All About Me Fitness has changed my mind! It’s a friendly, supportive gym with a community feeling. The fact that you can choose your work out at each of the class sessions makes it really flexible and easy to work at your own level. I would definitely recommend!
Exercise was always something other people did… well until I found this gem of a gym! I now go daily.. it’s more than a gym, it’s a community. I’ve been supported with my cancer recovery, I get to meet and make new friends and a free coffee after each workout! The workouts are perfectly timed and with the flexibility to choose an exercise that suits you! Young, old, middle aged, menopausal, skinny, curvy, anxious, confident.. whoever you are you will love it!
I've been a member of AAMF for a couple of months now, attending twice or 3 times a week. The options of different circuits to complete changed every day and the encouraging atmosphere have really helped me to enjoy 'going to the gym' for the first time in my life!
A gym but not like any other gym! This place makes me feel so comfortable and confident which makes going to the gym so much easier. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going for 4 years now and I love it!
Excellent PT Instructor Andy Plant, giving advice on nutrition as well as creating great fun & challenging work outs in a friendly atmosphere. My friend & I travel from Newport Pagnell to be trained by Andy in such a friendly, motivating environment. All staff & fellow clients are friendly & welcoming.
I love it here! Because they keep the class sizes small there is a lot of encouragement and input from the trainers. Good variety of classes and boot camp sessions for all abilities.
