Totally useless, 

Said he was a beretta agent,  so i asked would he mind sending my new gun back for a warranty claim even though I did not buy the gun there,  replied yes no problem. 

Left the gun at the shop on Tuesday 24th Jan expecting the gun back the following week,  rang the warranty people yesterday Thursday 2nd February,  they said they have never received the gun! 

Turns out the shop didn't bother to send it!

Sorry Matt, but as long as you own that shop I w'ont be stepping foot in there again.......

Really good experience, very friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.
Matthew the owner very knowledgeable with all aspects of shooting, and will do his utmost to please.
Good stock of all types of guns, ammo, accessories. reloading gear. and a great range of all country clothing.
All in all well worth a visit.
