I would highly recommend this firm. The service and overall team at Alkers were wonderful to deal with, they were always prompt and informative with such a pleasant manner. 5 stars for every level of service given to a successful outcome

My partner contacted Alkers to discuss a personal injury claim. After an initial discussion and the request of some documents which we promptly provided, we were promised a call back to discuss everything. It never came.
It's now 2 months later and we have since called on at least 4 separate occasions. Each time we have been promised a call back and each time Alkers have let us down. 
I can honestly say this is the worst customer service experience of my life. 
When you've been injured by something that wasn't your fault, the last thing you want is for the aftermath to be dragged on like this. 
I'm assuming they don't feel we have a valuable enough case for them, in which case why can't they just tell us that? 
Absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I have used Alker solicitor's on 2 occasions and i have been very impressed with there service and they kept me informed of all that was happening with my claim i got a very good outcome on both occasions. I would highly recommend Alkers to my family and friends in the future. Thank you  Alkers.

my partner mrs jeanette hyde ,has used alkers solicitors for two claims ,both were dealt with the upmost care and attention ,she was kept imformed of any changes anything that had to signed they kept in touch ,these are a family run solicitors and i cannot fault them at all ,from the moment you walk in the door they put you at ease ,and are there for you whatever your issue ,i would and will not go to anyone else no matter what my problem is ,thsank you alkers for being there ,number one in my book always . thank you for being you
