I have had occasion to use Alison's Flower Design twice now. Each time she went above and beyond my expectations. Flowers exquisite and customer service unpresidented. Living in the USA I've had bad experiences delivering flowers to Scotland (flowers of poor quality or not what was represented in the on line pix) so completely refreshing to find Alison. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Alison stepped in at short notice to supply flowers for a funeral where other florists had let me down as it was close to Mother's Day, she dealt with all the details .....first class service...and the arrangements were just stunning. Couldn't be happier.

Outstanding service. In this day and age it's amazing to receive such personal and caring service. I had unfortunately missed a digit as an address was passed to me by someone else and so the address given to Alison was wrong. She emailed me immediately to check the address, but by the time I replied she had her delivery driver check a serious of other numbers on the street until he found the right one. The flowers themselves induced tears (happy ones) so the quality of the arrangement was also first class. I wouldn't buy flowers from anyone else in the area again after this. I just don't think I would feel the need to try.

I cannot say enough about the service we personally received from Alison and the stunning casket arrangement she made for my Uncle's funeral recently. Living in Canada it was difficult to chose a florist but are happy we chose Alison. She provided photographs so we could chose flowers and custom design the arrangement, even adding a few extra flowers at our request at the last minute. . I would not hesitate to recommend Alison for any flower arrangements for any occassion. You will not be disappointed in her flowers or her service.
