I have been visiting Chloe here now for over 5 years and can honestly say she is not just my hairdresser but over the years has became someone I class as my friend Having came to her with bad colour and cut from the very first time she did my hair she made me feel and look like a million dollars I knew then I would never feel the need to go elsewhere . Not only me but my daughter too! Nothing is too much to ask and I look forward to my appointments every single time. My hair has never been in better condition you were born to be a hairdresser! Products used are always the best of the best and she has always been right when recommending them to me. She knows what I like and my exact hair type and how to handle it lol. Wasn't really pleased as I wanted a balayage and could barely see the colour change as I have really black hair, and wasn't done from the top, how all other balayages would have been. Noticed on social media who have black hair and theirs looked really good. Disappointed with the colour. Good customer service though.
First time going to this salon and I will certainly be returning. Cheryl and the staff at Alison Stewart made me feel welcome, listened to and I have come out of the salon with a fab haircut and feeling good. Time was taken to help me decide what I wanted my hair to look like and how I treat my hair on a day to day basis. Additional little pamper when getting your hair washed scalp massage, drink is offered, and also to be told about the products that are being used in your hair too is very important to me. Thanks again Cheryl and gang!
Staff are friendly and welcoming, salon is modern and classy. I have been going there for a couple of years and have either Mairi or Regan to do my hair . They are both really good, they take time to talk through what I am having done and give great advice. I have my hair coloured and have to say they do a better job of it than some big name salons I've been to in the past ! I would definitely recommend this salon.
The best hairdressing around! Alison and the team look after you very well. So many motivated and talented stylists in one place who enjoy helping you create your look. A great experience all round
Always have been happy with Kirkcaldy hairdresser love my colour and cut from jo but unfortunately today my experience was not so good . When getting hair washed the girl had the shampoo inside and all over my ears was total deaf .with shampoo . Didn't apologise either when I told her .
Would no go anywhere else !! Love my appointments here ...thanks Alison and your friendly team xx
Brilliant hairdressers, very experienced. The Kirkcaldy branch is lovely shop with friendly staff. More expensive than most other hairdressers however.
I had an amazing Bayalage colour done by Reagan today she is a total professional she really pays attention to detail and also received a lovely blow dry from Gemma highly recommend this salon
