Story

Alishan is a state of fashion, aspirational, young and young at heart.
Alishan is smooth and sexy, fast and funky. Today it says a lot about the kind of person you are; Sophisticated, Stylish, Cool and Fashion conscious.
At Alishan we have tried to put the past behind us and move into the present. The Indian cuisine served here is an amalgamation of old and new. The menu is a stunning repertoire of “favourite” indian dishes of the last 30 years, and a 200 year old style of cooking deemed so spectacular that, until now, only a few places in the world were able to successfully serve it. This is the legendary Dum Pukt Indian Cuisine, created by the Moghuls, (Turk Mongols by origin and Muslim by religion). The so-called mythical “Food of Kings”.
The Moghuls were lovers of nature and the good life and had a keen sense of beauty, and a passion for elegance. This was reflected in the presentation of food, delicate flavouring, mouth-watering dishes, and superb silky sauces.
Alishan also reflects this same philosophy. This is all based around the values of traditional Indian hospitality and service, delivered with style, panache and distinction.

Just had the best meal , throughly enjoyed it after all these weeks. Chicken tikka best one around, thank you to all the staff, especially the chef.
Excellent food, delivered work excellent service.
Great food and service at a very reasonable price. Can feel a little empty sometimes as there is so much competition from other eateries in the area but the Alishan is well worth a visit.
Delivery is late called to find out where out food was to be told all delivery are out and you will get your food when you get it. They then put the phone down. Called beck to be told they don’t care if we order again we are not important
Impromptu meal for two. Only couple in restaurant. Lovely food and service. Thank you for a nice evening
Classy Indian restaurant. Two steps above your run of the mill curry house and reasonable prices. Some of the best curry I've had, merits the awards and praise.
Gone down hill. This used to be the best Indian. The portion size is tiny now compared to the last owners. The chicken is chewy and very greasy. Not impressed. Will change review once things get better.
