Usual friendly staff and great quality of produce. Excellent value for pizzas in the afternoon /evenings. I will recommend the shop as long as they keep up the standards which they already have. I prefer their pizza's to domino's,who r so expensive. Keep up the good work, guy's.
We've had a couple of bad chicken experiences from here in the last 6 months...Rarely buy takeaway and we thought we would try again. Just had chicken. Hot wings and chips.. Not impressed. Chicken was cold even tho we collected very dry and tasted old. Like to support local businesses especially at this time...but when I get a rare takeaway on a Saturday night I expect it to be lovely and fresh. This place has gone downhill lately and I hate to say it ...but we will not recommend the chicken and will be taking our money elsewhere next time.
Tried a chicken shish kebab from there tonight, and to be honest will not have another one again. Don't get me wrong I've had burgers and pizzas from there in the past and they were perfect but tonight was the first time having a shish kebab and that wont happen again....
The service was bad, they still got my order wrong. Both a mixed kebab and a chicken burger were stone cold. The only warmth was in the pita bread and bun that they toasted. They said to "collect in ten minutes" so I left after ten and still had to wait another ten. Never again.
This place can quickly give you proper food, HUGE amount of food, for a cheap price. A big deal, honestly. Food is good, better than other kebabs I tested so far. One of the best fast food I tried here.
Only recently started having kebabs delivered after a long absence and find them very good. I’m back as a regular customer. Keep up the good work it hits the spot!!!
Used to go here every week, something I used to look forward to because we used to go to the van that the owner had when it was in our village and he treated us like old friends. However, last time we went there the staff were rude, said they were very busy we were the only ones there, and rushed us on our ordering like they wanted us out of there as soon as, messed up not 1, but all 3 of our orders. We only realised as we got home. So we went all the way back, said what the deal was and they refused to do anything about it. We werent expecting a refund, or even a new order, just some courteous "we're sorry is there something we can do to remedy the situation" I mean, even some garlic mayo on the kebab I ordered like I wanted would have been fine . But nothing, no apology, just apathy and laughter as we left. Despicable.
Once delivery finally arrived was wrong and inedible. Rung to say can driver return to pick up food uneaten and return our money. Was told many many many times that this was not possible. So I packed up the food returned it myself to ask for money back in the shop. 20 minute argument with the owner telling me it's not his fault it's our tastesfamily of 5 are wrong after again many arguments the owner threatened to call police on me. He then left with his 7 staff all looking at me menacingly. When I asked his staff to get their boss back suddenly couldn't speak English. He finally returned after 45 mins and started examing the food I returned said we had eaten some so would only refund 25 pound of our 36 pound delivery had eaten some pita and couple chips defeated I said yes ok. Then apparently some salad was missing so another 5 pound came of refund. Manager kept saying ivehim has lost money and I should be happy with the service I've received. Terrible terrible terrible service. Please please please avoid people like this shouldn't be able to run a business
A terrible place. Black, rotten, stink meat. You should sniff your food before eating it. The fries look like factory waste. Unfortunately you cannot give less than one star.
I was given a few chicken wings to try with my usual meal deal. Spicy but not too Hot!!! Really nice
