Been going here for years. Best ali baba location in the city. Overall pretty good food comparing to other shawarma spots. Open late so mad convenient. The beef is always tender and juicy. Also ask for samosa and get it a little undercooked and not too crispy. Try the chicken and beef, also their veggie! Always getting 20s. Tonight my boy Ali came through and put together a special thankyou. Most beautiful oversized beef shawarma, double wrapped. You guys are always friendly regardless of the time, appreciate that!
I actually am not to ever crave for wraps and barely eat fries. But my husband loves and I will admit that everytime I come here with him. I would eat his wraps and I would order their fries. Took my.85 year old mother here last week after our heavy lunch and gave her first taste of the fries. She was full but wanted more. By far best fries I have ever had and sharwama. Been to other places no where compare. Highly recommend and staff are always friendly Had to save a photo to share

The atmosphere is good and the location is their best chance of getting more footfall late at night as it is near to the subway station and also the famous Riverdale Park. We had falafels there and also the chicken Shawarma which were good enough. Although, the texture was missing from the meals but the flavor did its work. Its open till late night so if you're in the neighbourhood or on Danforth ave, this could be a place worth trying. Great veggie wrap! Fresh and flavorful! Exactly what I wanted after a show at the Danforth- super stoked that they’re open until 3am! Helpful and friendly guys making the food. As a vegetarian I was so appreciative to see how many times these guys put on fresh gloves! Like, with everything they did it was in new clean gloves. Clean bathrooms too. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town for a concert! 10/10 Vegetarian options: The veggie wrap was fresh and flavorful! Really pretty too, so many colorful veggies in the wrap! My go to shawarma every Tuesday because they've falafel Tuesdays, 2 wraps for $10.99+ tax, and almost every Tuesday I get wraps from them. The falafel is well seasoned and big pieces. There are some toppings missing like pickles and those turnips, these are the main ones I like rest the food is served fresh and decent quality/quantity.Food: 4/5
Heard lots of different story about ali baba, went to try them after mid night only because there is no other halal options open that time of the night. Ordered chicken shawarma plate. Chicken was really dry and no taste at all. Rice was over cooked, probably left for a long period of time in hotpot. Really was not expecting this kind of food. Price seems bit high compare to the quality of food. No comment on service, as will never visit again. Would not recommend this place at all, if you have a option.
Omg this is a must to go. Amazing food with affordable price . We had meat wrap and chicken pita pocket and their felafel wrap and they were fantastic. Best food If you’re drunk at 3 a.m looking for food .
