Could not recommend Grape Expectations more highly!! After many failed attempts to find our wedding wine a friend recommending visiting Sam and we're SO pleased we found him!! He was so knowledgable, welcoming and had wine for every budget. We had so many compliments on the day, the wine was absolutely delicious. Would absolutely recommend!!!!
Just a lovely place to have a cheese board and a glass of wine and to do some wine shopping. Staff was friendly and the service was excellent - never had to wait for anything - 5 stars! Lots of wine to choose from. We had a charcuterie board - very good variety of cheese, meats and other yummy things. Dog friendly - my dog loved the charcuterie board too! Can’t wait to return and bring my friends. Thank you!
Our 2nd visit , took my parents this time who thoroughly enjoyed it too. Such a great little find & a fab concept. We will certainly be back. The service, wines & gins & platter were fantastic thanks again Grape expectations we will definitely be spreading the word .
We had been for a very cold walk and on way back stopped for a very warming mulled wine which was delicious and just warmed us through totally. The staff are always friendly there, such a lovely place to relax and watch the hectic shoppers go by.
Super little wine bar cafe and brilliant wine & spirits shop. Great wines at reasonable prices and only a corkage fee to drink-in. Must visit!
Great wine shop with some choice wines to suit most occasions. Haven't been disappointed yet. Staff very friendly!
Wonderful stock of wine and other locally brewed alcohols such as Gin and Whisky etc A nice ambiance for a tasting menu with friends or easy to just pop in and pick up a few bottles. I'm no expert so I really appreciated their input into options I wanted to buy for friends and family. Soooo much choice by country and region. Highly recommend.
Great place for your special wines together with cheese n wine flights available and the staff lift it to another level with knowledge and friendliness
