Pretty organised and often very quick to see people

Visiting this part of the country my 4 yrs old hurt herself was taken here and staff would not see her. disgraceful I was left sitting in car park with a 4 yr old screeming in pain. Just encase any of you unhelpful people are interested she had plastic surgery on her hand and is now doing fine.
