We had the best experience at Alf Jones, from the moment we walked in. Great advice and patience from all the team as we worked out what we wanted. The bike was then set up perfectly for my son, again with lots of advice being given. Cannot recommend Alf Jones enough, amazing team and products.
Fantastic service throughout. From the initial visit to the showroom - the informative session with Ryan and an opportunity to trial various bikes on the car park, to the straightforward ordering process which followed over the phone, and the collection service from Adam who handed over my lovely new Liv bike, with a clear explanation of how to work the bike. This was a Cycle to Work order and other companies in the area had been visited and considered but Alf Jones went well above and beyond with their service. Well done to the whole team - diolch.

RECOMMENDED - clean, spacious, well stocked showroom with expert staff on every type of bike including electric. Great service workshop that can advise and repair without wasting your time or money. And while you wait..have a coffee - awesome.
