I thought I’d wait a good few months before writing a review of this place, as I wanted to make sure that the recommended trainers are truly suitable based on their advice. Results are in; and my gait analysis along with discount on the trainers have proven worthy of every penny. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Great service! Very polite! Professional, and no pressure to purchase a set of trainers once analysis complete. My trainers are wearing in well, and I have had very minimal knee pain since making the upgrade. When the time comes, I will certainly be looking to buy from them again. Thanks guys!
Had an appointment at 12:30 and was helped by Em. Had a gait analysis done and very happy I did. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything to me and kept checking I was understanding. Had three options of shoes, came out feeling very happy with my purchase.
From my previous limited experiences of sports shops, I did not expect to find one so welcoming and personable. I have had two appointments this year for my foot, and both times the staff members seemed genuinely eager to help with my issue and really took their time with me. I now own a nice new pair of hoka trainers and custom made insoles, both of which have worked wonders so far.
Very informative, friendly staff. Worked well with my daughter who has learning difficulties and explained everything as they were doing it. Highly recommend Em and Angie.

Visited the store today as I've been having a few issues with my feet and the store staff were super helpful and talked me through which shoes would be best for me to help make sure I didn't encounter any further issues. Will be back soon to purchase!

Best place to buy trainers. Great to have the gait analysis and to have it explained to you properly and how it relates to your shoe needs. Nothing like being able to try shoes on for a short run before you buy them and feel the comparison between different brands. Running club discount also helps!!
We needed some new trainers and the ones I had tried in the high street all seemed too narrow. The guy helping me measured my feet with a 3d scanner. He then selected two pairs for me to try. The first pair fitted like a dream. I did try the second pair but I was hooked on the first pair. A great experience, thank you.
