Nice flat linear local park with public tennis and basket ball courts, football and cricket pitches. Well kept and popular with dog walkers with plenty of bins for dog waste. Children's recreation and adventure playground. Extended in the early noughties by the addition of the Alexandra Millennium Green incorporating a small (now very overgrown and muddy) pond which still supports plenty of wildlife, a millennium mound and an amphitheatre, although not sure whether any events have taken place in it, since that was the original intention in its inception.

A nice little suburban park at the edge of Berrylands, there are several tennis courts here to rent out and it's popular in nice weather with the locals

On my occasional visits to my parents, who live next to the park, it often strikes me as to how underused the park seems to be. The weekend possibly explains it because the roads nearby become congested and the shouting and filthy language of the footballers takes over the ambience of the park. The cricket season is popular, particularly much used by the local asian population. It is sad that for at least 10 years now the lavatories have been closed and are now a local eyesore. The tree lined avenue in the centre is popular with joggers and prams. After dark the park is mainly populated along the King Charles Road side with local young drug takers. The waft of cannabis emanating from the park is obvious to anyone walking by. Nothing ever seems to be done about this. It is a pleasant local facility with potential, is all I can really say
