Amazing comedy & music venue, doing all they can to carry on safely during Covid. Outdoor socially distanced gig was superb. Please keep this place going
Friendly atmosphere and fantastic live events. The comedy nights are brilliant and it's nice to see them continue socially distanced, outside. The drinks are more expensive than other places in Chester but it's worth it during the live performances.
Triumphant return to live comedy - Alexander's have worked so hard to be able to bring live comedy back & have done an amazing job. It was such a treat to see live comedy after such a long time. The venue beer garden felt safe, staff were excellent, acts brilliant. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic bar. The staff are really nice, food is good and the comedy nights are brilliant. Nice little bar that is well worth a visit.
Great venue, nice and intimate and cosy, lots of beers and lager choice, fair quality of snacks, I didn't have a 'substantial meal' so can't comment on this

Fantastic outside venue went Sunday night to watch the brilliant Ian prowse tables set out really well outside bar really friendly staff would definitely recommend
