Absolutely horrific treatment of my late mother . Long black hair hanging  out of mums eyelid ( mum had short white hair ) . No advice or guidance given by David ALEXANDER.  No prices available at the time of arranging the funeral . Final straw when David ALEXANDER greeted me when visiting mum , he was wearing jeans and a hoodie with the word ZOMBIES emblazoned across the front . To add insult to injury they charged £913 for an oak veneered coffin when the average price for same quality is half that . The only words i would use to describe my experience are devastated, disrespectful and unprofessional .

A very professional service , would like to highly recommend this Company , they have been helpful throughout the whole process.  My Nanna sends her thanks for all of your efforts in caring for and helping send off my grandad .
