Bought a bike brand new, now a week later and it won't start. Absolute dogshite, refuse to claim any responsibility for their mess.

I have given 1 star as I cannot give 0. 

I took my Honda CBR 600 into this dealer in February 2016 to have the downpipes changed and a full service. 

After performing the service they commenced with changing the downpipes (brand new from MOTAD, great company), once the downpipes had been changed I received a phone call saying the bike was all done and would I like the carbs balanced? I thought this was a good idea as the bike had everything else done, they told me to give them a few hours and they would call me up to collect the bike. 
I received a phone call 1 hour later from a man informing me that the engine now had a hole in it (con rod through the BULLETPROOF casing) and I would now need to source a new engine as they were not responsible for the faulty engine. 

How could the engine be faulty? They had just performed a full service and told me how great the bike was for its age, the engine had only done 48k miles and every Honda specialist I spoke to had never ever heard of such a thing before. 

To cut out the rest of this story I had to source and pay £350 for a new engine AND THEN PAY £100 for them to fit it. Altogehter I had to pay them over £700. 

I still believe to this day the engine was either over revved or no oil was put into the engine after the oil change. I will never ever use these con men again and I would advise the same to you.
