Fantastic service end to end. Spencer was an absolute pleasure to work with from the first phone call when I rang, seeking help to sell a property we had been letting out for 15 years. Despite some setbacks and timewasting prospective buyers, Spencer secured a sale and hand held the transaction all the way through to completion. Our buyer was particularly difficult but Spencer kept his cool and dealt with each issue calmly and confidently as it arose.
