Why is it when asking for a balance on my debit card or any other one I own the girls look at it first when it comes out of the machine then give it to me!!! Good practice would be for them to turn the receipt of balance over and then Pass it!! Absolutely fuming they do it time and time again
Generally a reasonable service but why can't they keep their customers informed about opening times over the festive period. Three of us stood outside in the cold and snow until 8.40am sure that Post Office should have opened at 8.30am like the website said. Just a small note on the door would have been appreciated to keep you're customers informed. You know, the same customers and public who keep you employed by using the Royal Mail service.
Not a fan to be honest but it's local to me I cringe at going in here as there's no customer service with two women I dread getting served by don't crack there faces unless chatting to each other while I'm being served...Rude
Royal Mail site says open till 1pm on Saturday. It actually closes at 12pm. Just update your £&@#%ing website and stop wasting peoples time.
Do not bother doing your passport at this post office! Awful service! Gave me wrong advice to sort the form out which I needed to take to the passport office for a same day passport in Wales. If I hadn't questioned the advice myself and rang up the passport customer services team I would of wasted my money on the same day passport fee and not been able to go on holiday. So I paid the Aldridge post office to give me an incorrect passport form check and then I rang up to inform the manager the staff need further training in this matter no one rang me back! After moaning to friends/work colleagues about my experience I was informed several others also had issues at this post office regarding passports too!
Absolutely appalling!! Opening times on window state 8.30; queue outside left until 8.36am... RAINING & COLD ... NO CONSIDERATION from staff inside chatting then staff talking about watches, handbags & shoes for 5 minutes ... I was third in the queue Next to be served and l left at 8.46am
I went in there today for the first time in ages to see if they had improved since last time. They hadnt! Two windows were open but one of them seemed to be busy although no-one was in front of it. Four staff were chatting between themselves while the queue got longer and longer. One man walked out without being served in the end. When it was my turn to eventually go to the window, I said `hello`. The plump Asian woman took my papers off me and dealt with my payment. The first and only time she spoke to me was to say `£30`. What an ignorant, rude individual she was. I wont be going there again. Lazy Hill or Walsall Wood will be my Post Office of choice in future as they are civil as well as efficient.
Phoned up today at 10.45 am to find the time of the post office parcel pickup, I was told on the phone by the lady 12, I drove my 3.5 tonne truck there to pickup my parcel, and the office was closed, when I went in to inform the post office staff the opening time of their own work, I was laffed at by them. Will never go there again I recommend you stay away.
On the rare occasion I have to use this post office, the service is very poor, plump Asian lady is unsociable, no customer service skills, she obviously is in the wrong job ! I definitely want be returning.
