Our point of contact is Carol, She is amazing, nothing is too much trouble for her, if we have an issue with the house or a question for our landlord, it will be sorted or past on as soon as possible! Cannot thank the lettings team enough, this was my first experience of renting a property and i was apprehensive, but from beginning to end the team , were calm, professional and helpful ,I cannot thank them enough. Alfred's were always helpful and brilliant if we needed any help with repairs etc. Always a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Alfred's in my view are the best.. keep up the good work. In two words proper job.
