It's ok, just like any other Aldi, just this ones reluctant to open up the other tills even when there's a very long queue. This puts us off so we don't use this branch regularly. We'd rather pay more locally to local business and get served almost immediately and never more than one person in front of you which is fine as we can already start unloading the trolley onto the till belt. It feels like nobody cares about letting another cashier know another till lane needs to be opened.
Prices have crept up but there are still begins to have ie Yorkshire tea just ovet 5£.. but Morrisons naily 9£ so shop around
Not enough praise goes towards all the staff at supermarkets, ... you go to aldi anytime of the day/year and it's always busy!and Shelves pretty much fully stocked most of time!. Together with the odd greedy, needy and rude customer ! I had the experience of going to aldi particularly earlier on sunday morning as they kindly opened early for us to browse and pick what we want and like many other customers we were all done before 10am and to wait to be served not a problem for myself and 99% of the other customers waiting patiently in line, 4 main tills were opened in readyness however one particular man not a gentleman decided that he was the only waiting in the que and made his feelings clear to staff and everyone around him that the staff were pathetic and it was joke that they werent serving at 10am and why do people want to browse what a stupid idea !! Even though it gave him time to get what he needed before the shop officially opened !! .. There were two members of staff preparing the till areas in readiness for 10am...the staff couldn't of been more organised and efficient to serve bang on 10am the male aldi assistant, I guess maybe a supervisornSaid it was against the law to serve before 10am on a Sunday and the man wouldnt have it! he was soo rude, literally no need for it . Continued to moan to the assitant who was serving him !!! I really felt for the lady who served me as i could see that it had upset her!! And probably set her up for the day ! And clearly was not the first time a customer had been rude to staff there !!! It really angers me that people like that rude man feel they entitled because he had to wait literally 2 mins !!! What happened to everyone being kind???? All the times I've gone there over the years all the staff have been nothing but polite, professional, friendly and can't do enough for you ... despite what they maybe feeling on the inside that day .. and that goes for customers too if your having a bad day for whatever reason dont take it out on others !! It wasn't their fault!! People are quick enough to complain, not enough praise is given to those who deal with rude foul people on a daily..Nobody has the right be behave in that manner to anyone !!nTo all the staff at aldi your very much appreciated and thankyou
Cheap- if you looking for cheaper options then Aldi is the best. But I don’t think all of the products are quality products like Lidl. But still it’s so good considering the customers they are targeting. Lots of products and plenty of parking
Plenty of parking. Good dates on food. Friendly staff.
