Not all but some staff are hopeless at the essentials of retail. Being friendly and polite, some don’t talk at all.nI was shouted at when I asked politely for an alcohol tag to be removed.nI’ve actually gone back to using Sainsbury’s.

Does what it says on the tin. Quality food etc at good prices. But, obviously, not the extensive range of stuff you get at the big supermarkets.

Appalling services in your store yesterday. At around 5PM, a male member of your staff was standing around the self-checkouts, having what sounded like a rather flirty conversation on a headset. He wasn't even helping the customers. Lady standing next to me was clearly having issues with the self-checkout so I helped her myself. Staff member wandered off after ignoring her several pleas for help.nnEven Stevie Wonder would've been useful. Absolutely useless.
