Working in retail I know that customers can be difficult but I also know that when a customer comes to your till smiling and asks how your day is going it gives you a moment of happiness because someone for once is being nice. I always try to do this at other stores and that includes today. Sadly I was served by a gentleman who when I asked how his day was got a simple grunt and a bark to insert my card. This lead to a fairly poor customer service experience. I understand that working in retail can be hard and customers can be tough so I did not make an issue of this. However aldi in itself is an average store that you can always get what you need so that gives me the rating of 3*

Best place for shopping for a full trolley load of goods. But don't touch the fruit, veg or salad stuff... it don't last more than 4 days... It's all good apart from These items... Best place for fruit, veg and salad is Lidls. Lasts for weeks....

This is a good size store offering all you would expect from Aldi. There is a level car park to two sides of the store offering disabled parking spaces . The store access is good making it easily accessible to wheelchair users. This store also benefits from a customer toilet that has a baby change facility and all the adaptions for disabled users. There is also a BP garage across the road with a Subway and Costa in-store so if you fancy a bite to eat and a coffee or just a fuel top up you are close to all you need.

Fine, I know what I can and can't get there now, so an easy shop! Quality fine and usually pretty short wait at checkouts.

Big Aldi store not just food but lots of garden stuff and gadgets. Spacious well laid out store with big isles.
