Today I was in this store. There is always a large selection of flowers for any budget. Also on sale are New Year's bouquets, wreaths, and there are also live Christmas trees. On sale is a large shelf with various sweets for Christmas, a large selection of wine and champagne. I also really like to buy fruit here. Always fresh products, and also clean and always tidy. It is very convenient that there are self-service checkouts here, and even if you do not know something, there is a consultant / seller nearby who will be happy to help. There is a toilet here, as well as a large number of parking spaces. There is a place for a car with children and for people with disabilities.
Shop here monthly as well as M&S. the store layout is very customer friendly, wide aisles, easy to get round the store as quickly as you want. I like that the chillers at this ALDI don’t have those doors, like some other stores do. Makes it easier to see the products and you’re not fighting amongst crowds of people trying to open and shut chillers. The store is always lovely and clean and the staff are friendly and always helpful. Well stocked middle aisle and it isn’t often I can’t find what I want. The parking is also great too. Enough room to get round and plenty of space between rows. Take note Belper store love Bakewell ALDI.
Have been coming here since it opened and have always loved it, never had a problem with the food always tastes great. Plenty of parking spaces although not enough parent and child or disabled in my opinion.nStaff are always lovely although have recently noticed one male member of the staff making silly noises around the shop, have noticed this on more than one occasion and can make you feel quite uncomfortable, such a shame, that let’s it down.
The woman with short red hair has a serious attitude problem, on many occasions i have seen her talking down to customers. Thank god they now have self checkouts so i don't have to interact with her again.
Staff are not trained and do not know the challenge 25 policy. Went inside today with two of my sisters and showed my id, im 20, they are both visibly 12, and children and would not be even trying to drink alcohol. An unprofessional young lad with a bob of blonde hair and brown roots, refused to serve me as apparantly my 12 year old sisters didnt have id? so apparently passports and ids are needed for everyone nowadays. Awful service. Also yesterday, my partner went in with my sisters, theyre 20 too and got served no problem? Please review your staff and dont have clueless teenagers on till duty. Anyway just got served at the coop in buxton, much better service.
