Went to aldi like I do every day to be greeted by stock piled up high the bottles of pop stacked high cans of beer stacked 12 high not everyone is over 6 foot tall
I shop here once in a while, and the experience has been good so far. At a time when I was trying to get a pack, my hand couldn't reach and a staff who appears to be busy took timeout to help me, he made my experience worth while and that's a real credit to the store.

Wasn't welcomed at the checkout wasn't thanked at the end and not offered a receipt. The reason why , she was having a laugh and a chat with another member of staff on her headphones. I would like to point out I have never experienced this behaviour your store the staff are always kind and considerate. She will not get away with it a second time.
Crap empty shelves things discontinued scuffy store, not what it used to be.People stacking shelves with pallets all over the place health and safety gone out the window. Staff are very helpful to go in to back of store to get what you want, maybe they should start earlier to stack shelves when no customers in . Has not changed still the same. Watch out when you try and get your fizzy drinks you need to be 6ft tall.
