Wasn't welcomed at the checkout wasn't thanked at the end and not offered a receipt. The reason why , she was having a laugh and a chat with another member of staff on her headphones. I would like to point out I have never experienced this behaviour your store the staff are always kind and considerate. She will not get away with it a second time.
Love Aldi stores. Great choices and competitive prices with a good selection of household goods...
I've just filled a large trolly for only £93. I was sure it was going to be around £140, but the savings here are worth the visit. Parking is perfect, the shop is well stocked and clean. The staff are always helpful. The vegetarian area has more products than any other shop in Cramlington.
Just wanted to send a big thank you to becks at the cramlington store, she really went above and beyond to help me and my friend instore today, excellent customer service
I shop here once in a while, and the experience has been good so far. At a time when I was trying to get a pack, my hand couldn't reach and a staff who appears to be busy took timeout to help me, he made my experience worth while and that's a real credit to the store.
