Lovely store, everyone working there seems friendly. Just to say....I have never used a toilet in any Aldi, I preplan and go to the toilet before I go shopping, maybe all the people complaining about the toilet being out of order should do that too, it's sensible. Some people just like something to moan about, and that's pretty sad.
Management services disgusting Jamie and Josh will not be shopping in that store staff lovely. managers need to be replaced with people with respect for customers security guard this evening also needs replacing in your face rude will shop in alternative aldi from now on was barged into by manager Jamie wirh a large crate with no apologies refused to come and see me at 1st saying he was in produce and for me to go and see him. The checkout guy suggested he come and see me which he did reluctantly his fellow manager josh then came over and asked me for my name which he was going to write on his hand asked for them to create a report to be told the tablet they use was broken i asked who was the store manager was told it was Barry who would be in Wednesday all in all a horrendous experience
Always feeling like a thief when I walk in there,cashiers staring at me and the Indian security person too,never ever again I'm going there. Pallets and cages always blocking the alleys,them slow workers always making sure you can't buy what you want,self checkouts-half of them are turned off
