Fantastic shop! I found the perfect patio dining table set here, however I underestimated how heavy it was to move. With the help of the lovely Jennie, she helped take me to the tills with it and then out to my car! It was perfect service and I can’t fault it.
Aldi has recently been refurbished. This means lots of food is in cabinets. Lots of other things have been improved and the overall result is very positive
I am utterly shocked and disappointed with the service we were provided by the manager a few weeks ago to the point it has completely put us off going back to our local Aldi store!nnThe manager was very rude and unprofessional whilst serving us, making us feel very under valued.nnIt is such a shame because we liked this shop and believed the changes were great as well as the staff working there. However, we have decided because of the way we have been treated we will not go back and this has also put off some of our family and friends from using this store.
Welshpool Aldi is always well stocked and the staff are friendly helpful and professional. They helped me with a larger item that I could not carry and then again at the till, I had a very large shop. They waited until I had unloaded; scanned at a pace that was manageable and made me feel valued as a customer. The fresh produce seemed in good condition and has lasted since being home. I favour shopping in welshpool Aldi.
Love the improvements and product range, but today I have yet again been charged twice for one item at Bridgnorth store so getting a bit concerned, is this a thing to boost profits? I have contacted customer service team and will be going back next week for a refund, but shouldn't be happening at all. Perhaps less pressure on till staff to rush might be the answer? And the shelf fillers today, wow.. rude and obstructive, again is this pressure from management? seems to be stress everywhere you look in this store. Not pleasant.
