I purchased alcohol and I didn't like the taste. I returned it and they gave me a refund. However, I purchased another one, conclusion is gooooooooooooooooooooooooooood customer service with all customer-centric staff.
I went in to buy products for prepare my lunch and at the ice cream shop window there were two workers who were working on resumption, they were mostly standing around for nothing and I couldn't get some bags of vegetables. I called the manager to help me and he spoke to him with a superior air laughing in the corner of his mouth, unconscious. I don't buy from this store anymore.
Attention! The Aldi car park is managed by the company Parkineye, which arbitrarily sends fines to customers.nI parked in the car park as a tourist because I wanted to shop at ALDI.nI read the sign that said I had to enter my licence plate number at the corresponding device, but I couldn't find the device in question in the car park or in the ALDI.nSo I asked the ALDI staff and was told that I didn't have to do anything, that it was an automatic system.nA few weeks later, the car rental company sent a bill for a total of £100, even though I hadn't made a large purchase at this ALDI at the time.nMany e-mails later, I am still sitting on part of the costs and wouldn't even have to do anything differently the next time I visit.nIt is a shame that ALDI allows such dubious companies to manage their car parks.
Got food poisoning from eating raw chicken sold as cooked chicken .nWas off work for a 4 days with sickness and diarrhoea.nWas offered a £30 food voucher for the inconvenience and told they couldn’t confirm if it was the raw chicken that made me ill .
Good store, decent availability and relatively tidy shop floor. Glad to see all short dated items moved to one location as this should hopefully improve rotation.
