Good example of aldi. Everything where it should be and great staff. Unusual amount of tills open on our visit keep up the great work
I wanted to like Aldi but every time I've shopped there has been a massive disappointment. A budget supermarket doesn't excuse near inedible quality on some products, I bought kebabs that were closer to liquid than meat and had to be thrown away.nnA generally lackluster offering on products too, anything that is of acceptable quality would cost the same at tesco.
Easily the best Aldi my wife and I have visited. The majority of products are kept behind clear plastic doors and are easily accessible. As with every Aldi, the staff are friendly and helpful.
Today I had a wonderful experience.nI can't remember the young lady's name on the till she had piercings and light coloured hair.nHer empathy was outstanding, she somehow knew I was feeling overwhelmed and had forgotten my lanyard. Nonetheless, she slowed her scanning down so I had time and made me feel so much less anxious about the day I was having.nShe was an absolute star and her customer service was outstanding.nThank you for making a dull day brighter, you never know what someone is going through. But she was compassionate and empathetic. Just wonderful.
Went 17mins over in carpark and had to pay £40.!!! Won't be shopping there again.
