Staff unhelpful telling me I needed to get repacment items as the barcoad wasnt there,nnI had two young kids and this wasn't really an option,nnshe then proceeded to stand in my way and wouldn't let me pay for my goods after I said I didn't want them,nnshe then showed that all she needed to do was radio her other staff member as she could have done from the start.nnI would have understood if the shop was busy but I was the only customer at the self service tills.nnAnd they weren't even there when I first got to the till.nnI managed to pay over her but felt very uncomfortable having her in such a close intimidating position when all I wanted to do at this point was leave..
Lady with straight black hair on self checkouts is always really kind and helpful, makes the shopping experience really positive
Staff was very good and can find best deals on food items
Bought chicken thigh fillets 1 day out of date without realising and don’t even have a receipt so I can’t even return them. Why aren’t staff doing stock rotations or at least checking date labels!!!
This aldi stocks high street good, we use it a lot
