very big, large amount of items and fresh everything
Went into this branch last week as I needed some bark chippings. I needed four bags and when I noticed one ALDI worker help a lady with her bag of shopping to her car, I decided to ask for help myself being a lone woman. However, when I asked an assistant if he would mind helping me lift the bark into my car, I was told 'no'. I don't know why one lady was helped and not me. Maybe I should've had cleavage and a mini skirt on!
I went to store from work to order some items and I lost the receipt. So I went back to the store immediately and explained everything to them and they informed their system we’re down and they cannot do a reprint. It was really sad as the manager was rude and laughing at me and informed me that the loss of the receipt was my fault and problem . The sheer amount of frustration I felt. When I called the customer service they concluded that nothing could be done. Don’t get me started on the day I lost my money on the same store. I have seen low but Aldi Borehamwood has defined a new low. I had to pay with my money as I couldn’t provide a receipt.
My favourite shop. I always spend time sorting things out.love there drinks and staff so freindly
Only done a light trip today and was surprised at how easy it was to navigate around the shop. I do like this store as wide aisles and know where everything is. Nicely stocked up and everything I had on my list. The only negative is no seats to rest on and being disabled a good rest after walking around the shop would be nice. Shame all Aldi's aren't like the St Albans branch, WC & seats!
