The only reason I used this branch was because the Colindale store had to undergo refurbishment.nThe staff at this store do not compare with Colindale. The Borehamwood store have surly, unfriendly and incompetent staff who would rather tell you something is out of stock rather than helping you find it!nThe Colindale branch, with friendly, helpful staff, has now reopened.nI hope it stays that way rather than have to use the Borehamwood branch again.nThe regional management need to explain why there is such a vast difference between these stores, and fix it!
I went to Aldi this morning with my daughter. I suffer from arthritis and was in terrible pain by the time I reached the checkout. The girl on the till saw by my face something was wrong and asked if I was ok. When I told her, she gave me a chair and assisted my daughter in packing my shopping. Thank you so much Renata. You went above your duties today and I am very grateful.
My favourite Aldi. The biggest store, the best selection of their products with easy parking outside. What more could you ask for!
Only done a light trip today and was surprised at how easy it was to navigate around the shop. I do like this store as wide aisles and know where everything is. Nicely stocked up and everything I had on my list. The only negative is no seats to rest on and being disabled a good rest after walking around the shop would be nice. Shame all Aldi's aren't like the St Albans branch, WC & seats!
Nicest staff you'll ever meet!!! As someone with agoraphobia and anxiety this is my favourite supermarket, they are so friendly and lovely, thank you x
