I love shopping at Aldi! The prices are unbeatable, and the quality is always great, especially the fresh produce and bakery items. The store is well-organized, so it’s easy to find what I need without wasting time. Plus, the staff is always friendly and efficient, which makes the experience even better. Definitely my top choice for groceries!

Good shop well run and well stocked, my problem is not with the shop but their parking every time I go the disabled bays are occupied by non disabled people  this is very frustrating as I have difficulty walking no one from the store and this is not just this store it's all over can do anything about it even although they employ a security guard surely they could ask the guard to politely discourage this practice and point out it's disabled only

Stood at self service checkout waiting for assistant to approve products. He was more interested in talking to the security guard and then he ignored me to go to another checkout. Then he just stood there like I was invisible. Sloppy customer service. I won't be going back there again that's for sure

After 8:30 and still stock all over the place on the floor and in cages .nCleaner still pushing the floor cleaner around and all most running the wife over and no wet signs

Till operator Ashleigh should refrain from chatting with family and friends whilst serving at the till, leaving other customers waiting to be served in the que. She definitely has an attitude, back chatted with me when I confronted her about her taking sweet time at the till chatting home chatter with the lady she served. The lady was packing all her bags at the till, and Ashleigh was holding her up by chatting,  whilst I was desperately waiting to be served and go home after a long day.  Absolutely disgusting.nShe definitely needs retraining,  as she claims she has worked for Aldi for 15 years, which I don't think she has, given her attitude and demeanour. She asked me not to be cheeky,  such audacity.nThere were no apologies, no regards for other customers and back chatting when you are told to do your job as she is suppose to, the Aldi way. She can take her chit-chat and  home banter somewhere else and work professionally.
