I’ve been a loyal Aldi shopper for a long time, but the staff at this specific store need better customer service training. The rudeness I experienced today was uncalled for and frankly unprofessional. It’s a shame because the store itself is great, but the service makes me not want to come back.
It is very hard to dispute the incredible value at Aldi. However, since the chain introduced its new centralised ordering system, product availability has plummeted. Its incomplete inventories in an already limited-range supermarket have disappointed and inconvenienced me recently. So, I have started to shop elsewhere to be able to do a proper shop. They must be suffering sales losses here on stock-outs and defections.
It's a typical supermarket. It has a wide variety of food & and drinks along with fancy goods. Well worth the visit.
I am absolutely disgusted with a member of staff at this store, I was using the self serve counter, when I came to take my shopping he was picking up the basket and I was grabbing my shopping back he was so close to me that he shouted wow!nThis was so unprofessional of him clearly I was not done so why would a member of staff get so close ? Secondly why try to cause a drama by shouting? Had he not come from behind none of this would have happened.nI have left very uncomfortable and disturbed by his behaviour and I will not be visiting this store again.
The new store is quite nice and you find products that in other Aldi you can't! Clean all ways!
