Nice local shop. I’m just like this brand which delivers most of our groceries. No so much different to the other Aldies.nPlace is clean and you easily find products.nnStuff is very friendly and helpful.nI use this place to buy groceries while I was on holiday at Ayr.nnCar park could be renewed but a part of that I strongly recommend this place for shopping.
The best shopping experience ever, It has washrooms facility for customers also. Vast space for parking at the back. Well organised stocks and presentation is outclass.
Lovely clean store. Easily found what I was looking for, along with other unplanned items. Good quality fruit at decent prices
A regular shop here and I go to various areas. This one was less friendly. I asked a question and it's like a committed crime but the cleansiness of the store was good. It could have just been down to someone having a bad day. Who knows. Anyway, don't use this one very often so I suppose my judgment I wouldn't really count anyway
Went into the store with my partner and kids and said clearly to my partner at the entrance that I would take my 7 year old daughter to the toilet as she was dancing with holding it in while she started grabbing our shopping, my partner proceeded into the store to grab stuff we needed, the security guard literally ran across the store to block us and told me that unless we did our shopping first my kid couldn’t use the toilet knowing full well she was bursting and I’d make my intent clear at the door or he wouldn’t of ran the whole store to stop us using the toilet before stopping us from using them. My partner and me just grabbed toilet paper and milk and left the rest as stopping children using a toilet is against basic human decency so I refused to grab the other things we needed. I asked for the guards name on the way out and he said he didn’t have to give it and claimed he ‘didn’t know’ we were all buying stuff even though he was running along the store to block us as soon as he heard me telling my partner my intentions. I told him I was going to make a formal complaint which I have already done and he swore at me under his breathe as I was leaving because he didn’t like that I caught him out in his lie about not knowing we were customers. Shocking customer service.
