Nice Aldi, except they CHEAT..n30% discount on items DO NOT REGISTER when you come to scanner ready to pay. You have to ASK! to get it apply. Smart NOT way how tonROB people an extra cash.
I'm very disappointed and it's not the first time, there should be car cameras today, yesterday the shift manager told me that there are a few pieces and that I should come back tomorrow morning. and this morning I was the only one, no one was even looking for it except me. I was told that nothing of the sort had come, and the truth is that the workers took it away and this situation has been repeated many times.
11.30am 24/4/24 I’m not to happy with the cashier. I understand you must check a £50 note before excepting it, but please don’t make such a big deal of it, especially when I do the same checking my change!!!!!!
The store suffers from severe neglect, the goods are thrown randomly on the top of each other. the employees shouting loudly on each other. The girl standing on the self checkout does not have any kind of morals. The employees need an awareness course on morals and how to deal with customers. Aldi was really good stocked,for a busy day like this one I was expecting a empty shop,but they consider the bank holiday and the demand,well done Aldi ! I was able to get a dinner for the family : .
