Decent store with mostly everything you need at a reasonable price. Only annoying thing is the crates in the middle of the isles. It creates back up of customers and a rushed feeling when browsing the fridges as people are waiting to get passed.
There's always something rotten or out of date. These were just by the entrance
Never felt so publicly shamed in my life as I have in the ewood store…nI left my bags in the car so After serving myself on the self checkout, I reloaded my basket with my goods to take over and load into my car. As I’m doing this a member of staff started shouting across to me” you can’t take that basket out of here” I explained I have left my bags in the car and will bring it straight back. She continued shouting at me. I asked her “ why are you shouting at me, there’s no problem here. “ she continued “ I’m not shouting at you, I have a cold and then continuing with you will wait there my colleague will go with you to your car”.nPeople were stood in disbelief at the way she was shouting & treating me like I stole something. At this point I’ve had enough of her and just walked out, loaded my car and returned the basket, showing her so she could see I returned it. Her response was to shout across Thankyou & laughing. So I replied with “you are so rude and need to learn some customer service”. I then walked back out.nThis woman was clearly very confrontational & needs to learn how to approach & speak to customers.
Despite the store being quite busy, the manager was very helpful when I asked for a copy of a receipt for an item purchased 2 weeks ago.
Staff helpful on most days only ever had one bad attitude staff member but we all have an off day I guess
