Very bad staff, they do racism. They treat people according to the colour. I had a very bad experience with a lady at a till. She wanted to check my bags and I showed her everything. I had one item to return as It was faulty and I had my receipt but the way she started questioning me is really frustrating and I showed her look it’s just £0.99 thing and I jast wanted to exchange it however if you don’t have another. I will still keep it but it’s unacceptable the way she was talking to me in a very rude way
Staff are friendly, reasonable price and free parking.

I don't appreciate being shouted at for taking the basket with wheels on outside of the aldi entrance, it was clear that it was carrying 5 sacks of water bottles so I wanted to bring it outside to load it in a car but the young blonde boy who works there shouted at me to not take it outside, he showed no consideration of the situation. He didn't even assist to help me carry the bottles to the car park. Do you think I'm going to steal your aldi basket? What a disgusting experience for me I was all alone and no one helped but got shouted for trying to move the bottles. I also have back pain so thank you showing no consideration. Bad customer service.
