Dear friendsnnI am sharing my experience at Aldi Gravesend, Kent.nnI have been a regular Aldi customer for more than 8 years, plus but my visit today was very disappointing.nnI was looking for 5-litre or 1.5-litre bottles of water but could not find any on the shelves. I politely asked a member of staff near the staff-only entrance if there was any stock available in the back. Unfortunately, I was told she was busy and was unable to assist.nnI then asked to speak with the manager. When he arrived, I explained that I could not find the bottled water and asked if he could check whether any stock was available or direct me to where it was located.nnInstead of receiving assistance, I felt the conversation became unnecessarily confrontational and unhelpful. The manager’s attitude left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. As a customer, I simply expected a polite response and some assistance in finding a product.nnCustomer service is an important part of any shopping experience, and unfortunately this visit did not meet the standards I would expect. After shopping with Aldi for many years, this experience has left me questioning whether I will continue to shop here in the future.nnI hope Aldi reviews its customer service standards and ensures that customers are treated with professionalism, respect, and courtesy at all times.
Good for plain staples at great prices. Enough parking and away from the centre of Town. Self-service tills avoid the queues at the manned ones.
Very bad staff, they do racism. They treat people according to the colour. I had a very bad experience with a lady at a till. She wanted to check my bags and I showed her everything. I had one item to return as It was faulty and I had my receipt but the way she started questioning me is really frustrating and I showed her look it’s just £0.99 thing and I jast wanted to exchange it however if you don’t have another. I will still keep it but it’s unacceptable the way she was talking to me in a very rude way
Well after the staff decided to close 5 minutes early on more than two occasions which is just really bad and annoying I went to LIDL it was excellent more sections better alround I will never return to Aldi I am glad you closed early everyone go to lidl instead I promise you you will love it
Love the size of the middle aisles here and have found bits that my local aldi have sold out of.nWas served by a lovely young man today but other visits have been a bit hit and miss with staff friendliness.
