The person manning the self scan was abrasive with an elderly couple at the self scan beside me. Running the self scans like a military service, could do with some training on how to talk with the public.nnHard to listen to the way he spoke down to them.

The floor staff were very pleasant and courteous. My checkout operator went above and beyond in listening to my query then furnishing me with a magazine with options. Always a pleasant experience in the Erskine store.
We are always popping into Aldi for messages. Usually food shopping is a dull event for kids, however the staff are so friendly and my kids have made a very good friend in one member of staff, Heather. The first thing they do on entering the store is try to hunt her down poor Heather!. She is always smiling and makes the kids feel included. She is an absolute legend in our household! Thank-you.
