Gone down hill since they moved everything around to make way for the new bakery section.nnOne section of the freezer aisle, the all-important pizza section, empty for weeks and now another a section on the opposite side has joined it in sympathy.nnToo many price tags not in line with their product, especially again in the freezer area - or not present at all.
Really good value and great selection for a relatively small store. Their fresh salmon is fab and multi variety big tomato boxes exactly the same as Sainsbury's but about £3.90 not £5. Great diy selection when in. Love the skincare too but often they are in once and never seen again hence losing a star...new bakery section seems popular but don't eat those treats on my diet lol
Its ok. Shame the fresh food goes oit of date so fast as its always far to hot in there and there is even rotting fruit and veg on the isle..its annoying when staff just leave the trolley to stock up the shelves right in the middle of the Isles.
One of the most affordable places to do your weekly/monthly shop
Great shop. Fully stocked and got everything I needed. Staff were smiling and very polite. Always feel good after a shop in Aldi! The shop has gone from strength to strength with well trained and professional staff who are definitely in for the long haul. An excellent, outstanding and well managed shop with the best staff you'll never find any where else. 15/2/24 still the same great supermarket with hard working staff who are very polite and caring. As with all shops some stock is not always available due to overseas problems with attacks on ships. 2/5/24 the shop is stocked very well throughout the day and recently had seven self service tills installed. Great for a quick shop. 12/6/25 the store has been revamped and had a bakery installed with a large choice of bread, rolls and cakes. Some lines were moved around to accommodate this. Definitely worth a visit.
