One of the better Aldi stores, always clean and tidy great staff.
As Aldi's go, this is okay. Popped in on a Friday lunch and all items were in stock, but there was less variety of certain goods than other Aldis. The car park structure is not great, so have your wits about you when crossing with kids or elderly, made worse by having the McDs drive through. I know the tills are staffed by some of the fastest check out people in the land, I expect that, but the cashier was a little too insensitive seeing as I only had a basket and bags to pack into - easy enough to deal with, let the stuff pile up and make them wait, if a supermarket provides big baskets they must expect that packing bags won't be as quick as trolleys.
The shape and design of the car park is rediculas. Check out staff are either very rude or very friendly. Yesterday l was subjected to aldis new policy! I got the later! Having seen the way she dealt with the two customers infront of me. To my suprise she helped me steer the trolley round and place it next to the check out. To which l thanked her and thought that's really kind as she could see my walking stick in my trolley. I had a small bag for life and my handbag l think tucked in the corner. All the time little eye contact or smiles. She then said rather abruptly and rather rudely " lift your bag" l assume it was the life bag I'd opened infront of her to put my stuff in. Zero explaination was given why l had to do this no spology nothing. I paid and left. Went on line to find innocent ppl are being accused of stealing or its implied. I rang the complaints debt to be told aldi have a new policy they can search your bags. I'm under the impression only the police can do this! Should they accuse you of stealing and they have to wait for the police! Aldi complaints took my name and my complaint they won't get back to you! So aldi can accuse or imply your stealing from their store and that's OK. No new policy was explained to me nor was l spoken to in a polite manner. I've been online this is happening alot. If she had said would it be possible to lift your bag for me and explained that would have Been OK. I'm disgusted with aldi
Much nicer since the store was rebuilt. Good prices and plenty of stock. Checkout quick and efficient. Car park is good but getting back on the road is hard. McDonald's right next door is a good bonus.
Well stocked and tidy, not too busy, one till open and a queue of four large shops but opened another two tills and quickly served all waiting.
Lovely Staff, New Staff Member a lovely man with a very polite and friendly personality..
Good place for a weekly shop. Good variety of veggie and vegan food.
the cheapest solution to a bad situation. food is never gonna be cheap again, but at least with Aldi, it's cheapER
Bright shiny and new supermarket on a redeveloped site. Much bigger and better than the previous Aldi.
Good products, cheap prices Good and helpful staff.
