Aldi - Absolutely rubbish service, will never use again. Used for the first time to order 2 items to be delivered by XDP. E-mailed, called & chased up until 16.30 yesterday (170418) as should have had delivery by 13.00 and no-one could tell me anything. Today (180418) been told signed for at 12.43 yesterday, but I was home and no neighbours have had it!!! Checked XDP tracking, only 1 of the 2 consignments says delivered. The 1st from 120418 has no status update!!! Now Aldi won't refund! Trading Standards here I come!!!!!!!!!! Aldi you are awful, only ticked one star as I couldn't post otherwise!

Shopped in Aldi Gilmerton, Edinburgh today. Have shopped there since the store opened, never had any problems with staff or quality of food. Today I arrived at the till with my mother who is disabled and uses a wheelchair. 2 tills were open, one which was closing and had closed sign, the other had a customer with a full trolley and was about to unload her shopping, I asked the member of staff if they were about to open another till, replied no, I was surprised because usually they do. The till assistant that was closing said just come over here, got to the front of the queue when I hear the opposite assistant say to a customer SOME CUSTOMERS ARE VERY INPATIENT AND WE HAD BEEN TOLD THE TILL WAS CLOSED, I was in shock, I replied and said she should not be discussing other customers to another customer also saying we went to the other till while being told not to. I ask to see a manager which was no help at all. The assistant who wrongly discussed wrong information was Allison, continued to be rude as I approached her of discussion this to another customer, she made sure she was heard, have complained to customer service and waiting for response. Will visit the store tomorrow to chat with store manager as I know him from being a regular customer. I have all faith in him to deal with this matter and the Assistant Alison.

Five stars for prices. BUT if it was for 3 members of staff only it would have been zero!! Two members were being disrespectful about another member of staff who was due in ltr in front of myself and other customers and a bloke who i think was a assistant manager/manager was not very helpful when i asked if they still sold and item i was looking for he didnt say im sorry sir or seemed to bothered to want to help! Sorry Aldi newbury 3 members if staff let you down for customer service at this store today. And to the 3 members of staff i will be contacting your head office.

I would give ZERO stars if I had the option... aldi in welwyn garden city it's been open 2 days and WOW the prices are wrong... you get to the till and voila yours eggs are 70 pence more 🤔😲 two things come to mind A SCAM OR UNPROFESSIONAL 👎😎

I usually pick up a bargain or three, so all good. Just wanted to tell you how much I love your Halloween ad. It must be in line for an advertising award. I also love the scare-level; mildly scary but not too much. Brilliant! Don't suppose you have a CD copy to spare?
