Brilliant venue, helpful, friendly staff, beers at the pictures... perfect.
What a gorgeous little Cinema. Lovely experience of seeing a film in such a great space. One screen, one movie, decent screen and lovely vibe.
Real old fashioned experience!! Pit luck if there is a film worth watching whilst you are there as a lot seem very u usual! Worth a visit for the experience, glass of wine and an evening out.
A charming, cosy, old world independent cinema.
Visiting Aldeburgh recently, we decided to catch a new release at this delightful little cinema. It's traditional in set up which creates a lovely atmosphere missing from modern multiplexes. I'd be happy if it was my local cinema, sadly I'm normally 350 miles away :
Such a great place to watch films and they do show some fabulous movies
Aldeburgh Cinema is a wonderfully nostalgic theatre coupled with all the modern technology of sound and vision to immerse yourself with. The location in this beautiful seaside town, steeped in cultural and artistic history, couldn't be better for the viewing experience. Soak it up! It's comfortable and staffed by the most friendly and enthusiastic of people. I love it!
Fantastic place. No fuss, great staff, so welcoming.
My 1st time here,a surprisingly nice cinema on the coast,a decent size screen and not too bad sound,I would definitely go again if I wanted to ovoid big towns and city's with lots of ppl. I personally thought it was better than Woodbridge cinema
Fab local cinema, so friendly and always showing interesting films. Seats are very comfortable and temperature perfect all year. Just visited on my birthday...4th of July. But it's got to be said, but am I the only person that thinks Astro City is awful. A beautifully photographed to be exact. There is nothing wrong with the actors .....or the cinematography colouration and composition excellent but for the repetitive use of symmetry. The whole film is flat, so boring....., a half hour episode of One rock from the Sun would have been infinitely more entertaining...indeed the only mildly amusing part of the, spoiler elert, non story, was when the nerdy kids play a memory game, where have I seen that before? Save your money and go and see something that is generally recognised as a waist of time like The Flash...at least you will be entertained. Nevertheless I stayed till the, woke my wife from the comfortable seat and drove home......
