The staff work hard but it's a rudderless ship. It's not the first time that I've had to wait for an unreasonable length of time waiting for something that should have been ready and, yet again, people were either collecting items left out of an order or complaining about the same and being told that they'd have to come back for the rest.
I will be using a different, more professional chemist from now on.

I always get my prescriptions sent direct to this chemist but have never been to collect and it actually been ready for me. Often there is a queue 5 people deep to even ask for the prescription then another sometimes long wait for it to be picked and packed. The staff are friendly enough but it really seems to be getting worse and worse. Think I may have to go elsewhere.
