I'm new to the Alcester health centre. They've been fantastic with me though. Everyone I've met has been super, super friendly, helpful and you can tell the staff genuinely care about their patients.nnPharmacy staff were great, smiley and helpful. The 2 receptionists were brilliant also, really bubbly, smiley and happy to help.nnBoth my appointments have been with Nikki, who I also want to give a massive shout out.nAgain a really smiley, kind, smart, wise lady who went the extra mile to make sure I was okay. She followed up with me the next day, and got me in for another checkup same day again.nnNot met anyone else, so I can't comment, but in conclusion I just want to say, very clean surgery. Very passionate staff, they're an absolute credit to your team. I'm really impressed.nnThank you.

Really nice centre, helpful receptionist, lovely health care professional, excellent parking.

I joined this practice about a year ago and in that year I have visited a few times for routine vaccinations, nursing, and doctor appointments.  At no time have I been let down or delayed and I have been very content with both the service and the treatment I have received.  I am very happy to recommend this practice.

My daughter needed travel vaccinations and wasn’t sure which ones she would require so she asked for advice. By calling in at Alcester Health Centre and picking up a form which you can get online she completed it and handed it back in to the Health Centre. She was then contacted by the Practice Nurse and an appointment arranged. From enquiring to having the vaccinations and actually having the vaccinations it only took a week. It was easy and straight forward to arrange.
