Bad customer service. Cut my hair to a grade 3 without my permission. All I asked for was a restyle and the man made me look like Fantine when she became a prostitute. You know the one out of Les Miserables? That was a good film. Did you know that it is the biggest blockbuster musical to be turned into a film to date? Amazing. But seriously don't get your hair cut here.
