Staff all very friendly and helpful a lovely relaxed atmosphere to browse with no pressure from staff
The staff in the chelmsley wood branch are brilliant, we had an issue with TVs we purchased and they was great with it, nothing but helpful and had a laugh on top! Even chased down out of the shopping centre after we left something! I cant praise the staff higher
Over priced and rarely works. I brought an xbox360 game and had to take it back it didn't work, full on row from the staff. Swapped it for a different disk and that didn't work. It ended up in the bin. I'll never shop there again.... You have been warned.
Avoid at all cost. We have used this shop a number is times. Each and everyone there has been major faults with items. Simple thing's which could have been spotted. All items at ment to be tested and checked before sale. I really can not see this happening when on so many occasions they have got it so wrong..

Staff look after you and are very friendly if they don't have what you need they will tell you where too get it from and they do something called buy back you can get money's on you good ie phone laptop tablet but you can buy it back 28 day later with a bit of interest on
Friend of mine has brought numerous Ps3 concoles and all of them.have to be retuned and traded either freeze or fees days later it has yellow light of death
Great shop assistants very helpful and very friendly.
Buyer beware, as it's a great way for unscrupulous sellers to get rid of items with intermittent faults.
