Absolutely disgraceful the turf this company supply you with, I run a small independent landscaping business and was supplied with what they passed off as gold standard turf i’ve seen budget turf look greener and healthier. The turf wasn’t as thick as it should be either so broke apart easy was full of holes and not to mention weeds. Will enclose pictures below. To be called away from another job by a grounds team to tell you that your customer isn’t at all happy has alarm bells ringing to turn up and see so much laid and having to be ripped back up is disheartening and just makes you look like an amateur. However took everything back and I’ll give the girls in your office their credit they where lovely and offered a full refund. However the yardsmans attitude stinks and stank yesterday aswell when he was loading your substandard turf base onto my trailer. Turf base that’s meant to be screened ive seen rocks glass wrappers metal bricks and tar all through it would not recommend at all. but while loading this rubbish onto my trailer I asked him to do it slowly as the floor wasn’t the thickest and he’s dropping a ton onto it, shall we say I’ve heard better sounds coming from a deflating balloon it just seemed to be to much effort for him. The attitude never stopped there when I was returning the “gold” standard turf back off today well paying employees to lift what was remaining on the job up I was told that the amount I’d brought back wasn’t enough which I knew and explained clearly me being out of pocket for paying 2 people’s wages didn’t seem to phase him. No he seemed to be more interested in the pallet in which he supplied the turf on. I mean seriously a pallet was his main concern I’m sorry but you are meant to be a professional turf company but seem to just deal in substandard materials I will say the only high standard thing supplied to me was the pallet. So after all of this I now have a lovely green healthy new lawn from a different supplier who are professional and customer friendly not to mention have high quality products. My customer is now happy with her lawn. But I am now out of pocket for 2 men’s wages not to mention the 2 trips to bring back your garbage would absolutely not recommend this company at all Disgraceful !!!!!! Pictures below show yellow green turf with holes and all ripped it’s meant to be gold standard not gold in colour should be completely ashamed to even sell this

Paid for their premium turf and was given a mix of the premium and budget turf. They tried to explain it away as some being one day older than the rest. Regardless, when you pay for a premium product you expect quality and consistency. Some of the turf was a lush green colour while the rest was light green/yellow. The gardener who laid the turf for us advised that 2 different types of turf were supplied. Albar have come out and put fertiliser on the lawn supposedly but it has not rectified the issue and they have failed to respond to further requests to fix the issue.
Moved in to a newbuild and house builder used Albar. Workers were fantastic, friendly and professional. Lawn fitted has used best of materials, fertiliser and turf. Just needs to be maintained correclty now by me. After watering and keeping off for 2 weeks and now keeping grass maintenance and cutting every 3/4 days and watered. Growing fast with fertilisers and very green lush, beautiful lawn. Great job done and would highly recommend
These guys done the seeding in the Chapelton Rise estate in Cumbernauld. The large area of seeing outside my house is literally full of patches. More patches than grass. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Only use this company if you would like a severely patchy lawn. AVOID AVOID
Turf came with fungal infection red thread and weed grass crab grass which inevitably spread. Going to have to remove and start again. Probably best to avoid.
Delivery not turning up till later on in afternoon no indications that this was going to be the case and other delivery of stones turned up at 7.30am. I wish I had gone elsewhere as don't have all day to sit around and wait for turf to turn up. Not pleased with service at all.
They are very kind and helpful, they will advise you, give you professional advice without any problem
