In reply to some of the other reviews ,if you are polite to the receptionists they will be polite to you.The doctors and practice nurses at this practice are excellent and can't do enough for you , even though they are working under pressure they should be appreciated

Don't have issues with reception at all, but can agree it is difficult to get appointment times with a doctor (there are health consultants, which are more available). Overall I am planning to change the surgery because I don't think doctors are that great here. Doctors are reading online for advice during the appointment (I can do google search myself at home) and they suggest you take prescription before they find out the cause of the problem (also still suggesting to take medicine which will affect your digestion after you have just said you have digestion problems - doesn't make sense to me). If anything then my bets appointment was with he health consultant who actually referred me for some tests before giving me prescription or anything else.

If I could give it less stars, I would. Good luck trying to get an appointment, the dragon receptionists will sooner have you running to the emergency room than possibly try to get you seen by a doctor. Her: Is it an emergency? Me: No, if it was, I would go to the emergency room, however I do need a doctor, to prevent my health deriorting so I can avoid the emergency room. Her: is it an emergency?? No?? Okay well there are no appointments sorry. Her: hangs up the phone. So I call back, it is an emergency!! Her: emergencies should be taken up by the hospital. 👋 The doctors and nurses here are good, if you ever get to actually see them. Good luck getting past the receptionists, whom every time I walk in, two of them are wondering, chatting, gossiping, filing paper work, whilst I one mans the desk, really doesn’t look very efficient at all. Especially when you finally get the the front of the line and are made to feel like you are inconveniencing them.

Doctors are great but the reception staff are absolutely horrendous, so rude and disrespectful every time i call!

Great Doctors give you plenty of time, surgery App poor compared to others, reception a bit fiery...
